All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order - a standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days subject to availability of stock.
Express orders take 48 hours for delivery.

**Please note: Express delivery orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday will be despatched the same day, to arrive the next working day (*8-6pm). Orders placed after 3pm Thursday will arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday & over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

We are very sorry and do aim to cover all areas with our Express service, but unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed in certain areas. These include - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 21 days of their dispatch and we'll exchange them or refund your money. We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered.
During the Christmas season, we are extending the returns policy if the products you would like to return were a gift. (But please statue this on purchase)

Returning the goods
Fill out the returns form that will be sent out with your order, reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover
especially when returning valuable products.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.

Returns policy in the sale only
The customer is entitled to a full product refund if goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt. After that,
credit notes or exchanges only.
