Returns Policy

Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 14 days of their dispatch and we'll exchange them or refund your money. We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered.
During the Christmas season, we are extend the returns policy if the products you would like to return were a gift. (But please statue this on purchase)

Returning the goods
Fill out the returns form that will be sent out with your order, reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover
especially when returning valuable products.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.

Returns policy in the sale only
The customer is entitled to a full product refund if goods are returned within 14 working days of receipt. After that,
credit notes or exchanges only.
